Rewinding line for cables with semi-automatic spooler

In addition to the quality of the final product, often cable manufacturers want to optimize their production processes.

For this reason, WTM has designed and built a semi-automatic rewinding line. The objective is to improve the ergonomics for the operator's manual activities and, consequently, to optimize the costs for the rewinding and packaging phases of the finished cable. In fact, the design layout of this machine minimizes the contribution of human intervention in the entire reel packaging process.

The cable rewinding line consists of:

- motorized pay-off;
- dancer for automatic tension control of the cable;
- traversing take-up;
- d evice for cable cutting;
- protective film dispenser.

The technical characteristics can be customized according to the specific production requirements of the Customer.
