Vertical cable sintering furnaces
The heating system combines the effect of two different technologies: Infrared lamps and hot forced air, giving this furnace a high curing condition and making it suitable for cables with high quality requirements.
Its specific design solves two of the main problems of traditional vertical furnaces: stratification of temperatures and chimney effect.
Thanks to the air circulation system, the 2 (or 3) independent zones ensure the uniformity of the heating process and are not affected by external environmental conditions.
"ADVANCED" VERSION
This equipment achieves the best results in terms of consistency of the sintering process and is suitable for the production of conductors with high quality, for example for aeronautical, aerospace or military applications.

- infrared preheating system;
- mixed heating technology (infrared lamps and hot forced air);
- up to 800 °C;
- THREE independent zones;
- cooling system;
"ESSENTIAL" VERSION
This version simplifies the advanced version and keeps the main features of this technology.

- mixed heating technology (infrared lamps and hot forced air);
- up to 800 °C;
- TWO independent zones;
- cooling system.
The technical characteristics can be adapted to the specific production requirements of the customer.
